Compared to the standard gauge, this track gauge is equipped with a narrower and shorter measuring stop and is 50 mm higher.
This makes it possible to measure grooved rails in tight radii and on paved surfaces, which are frequently encountered in inner-city areas.
These models are also equipped with a swivel prism holder with integrated circular bubble and are insulated on one side with plastic to prevent short circuits. Available for the 1,435 mm standard gauge and for the 1,000 mm gauge.
The prism heights of this track gauge are 50 mm higher than those of the standard track gauge 103-GML-10 described above.
