The optical reversal point is located in the standing and tilting axis, which ensures point identity when rotating and swiveling.
The black anodized aluminium construction is provided with several holes on the underside of the U-shaped prism holder, which ensures a very good "grip" with the adhesive during adhesive mounting. The lateral clamping lever makes it possible to securely fix the tilting axis of the prism in any position.
The prism can optionally be extended with a very strong neodymium magnet, making it ideal for mounting on steel parts such as sheet piling, tracks, double T-beams, sheet metal facades, etc. On very sensitive surfaces, the rubber cap supplied ensures optimum protection between the magnet and the surface and greater resistance to lateral movement.
If required, the magnet can also be mounted on a centering plate, which can be screwed, glued or welded on. With this variant, the prism can be removed if necessary and reassembled with pinpoint accuracy.
