SENCEIVE - 3-axis inclination sensors Nano series

These include the 3-axis inclination sensors,
Nano, NanoPlus and NanoMacro.

The Nano series of 3-axis tilt sensors are characterized by their unique compact design and are designed for precise and reliable tilt monitoring in demanding applications such as railroads, construction and mining.

They are easy to install, durable, have no external antenna and a rugged, waterproof housing (IP68 /IP69K rating) that can withstand the most demanding environments.

The Nano's compact design and wide range of easy mounting options allow for extremely quick installation on any surface using adhesive, screws or magnetic mounting. Its innovative design allows the Nano tilt sensor to be installed in any orientation, making it ideal for wireless tilt monitoring of tunnels, bridges, buildings and retaining walls.

The Nano series is NFC™-enabled (Near Field Communication), i.e. the settings can be made directly on the sensor and it can also be switched off completely using NFC™, thus saving battery power for the next planned use.

 Further information on request!
With a maximum detection frequency of two seconds, the Nano is ideal for applications where a high detection rate is required. It has a resolution of 0.0001° (0.00175 mm/m) and a repeatability of ±0.0005° (±0.0087 mm/m).

The Nano tilt sensor offers the same specifications as its big brother, the NanoMacro, but with a slightly shorter battery life of up to five years. The NanoMacro offers a battery life of up to 15 years.

As with all other sensors, you can call up the data in WebMonitor™ or display the data via an FTP server in your third-party software. Export files for import into e.g: LEICA GeoMos and Trimble 4D are created in the Webmonitor. Many other formats can be selected or redefined.

Nanos has already been used successfully in many applications, including
  •  Tunnel deformation
  •  Tunnel heave/settlement
  •  Slope slides
  •  Movement of structures
  •  Lifting and lowering of track systems
  •  Cambering and twisting of the track bed
  •  Integrated triaxial inclination sensor
  •  Extremely low-noise behavior “High G” version available (vibration-resistant, e.g. in track areas)
  •  Low profile and unobtrusive
  •  Resolution of 0.0001° (0.0018 mm/m) and repeatability ±0.0005° (±0.009 mm/m)
  •  Works in any orientation
  •  Integrated long-term battery (up to 15 years with NanoMacro)
  •  Integrated temperature sensor
  •  Versatile mounting options
  •  Waterproof according to IP67 / IP68 / IP69K
