Levelling bolts for vertical use
MATERIAL
Almost all road and bridge bolts of GOECKE are made from highly corrosion resistant brass alloys. Brass allows the subsequent addition of centering, cracks, etc. Galvanized cast iron parts have not the subsequent editing or only with great effort, because the actual corrosion protection would be damaged.
INSTALLATION AND ANCHORAGE-DEPTH
Practice has shown that a long bolt shank is of little, if the soil is not "stopped." In case of questionable soils, therefore, a small concrete foundation deep enough for the bolt to be founded. When installed in concrete floors long shafts often interfere, because they often encounter when drilling the reinforcement. Usually stem lengths ranging from 40 - 50 mm from completely.
Shorter shafts should only be used in relatively small head diameters.
ANCHOR ASSEMBLY
Nivellementbolzen at the bottom we can not recommend the anchor installation. Water can infiltrate the bolt or pin shaft. In Frost, the bolt may at worst be pushed up by the forming ice.
SPECIAL
For all brass bolts can be introduced with minimal effort centering. Special markings are available on some models by engraving or embossing even the smallest quantities. At the pin # 11, 11A and 11G of 200 pieces we can take account of individual inscriptions already in the cast. If you can for a particular purpose are not using a standard bolt, please send us a small sketch of your "wish bolt". Our technicians will try to help you with you to provide an economical solution.
