Survey bolts for driving in, marking plates
We have presented the 1975 "Super head bolt" has revolutionized the market. Only GOECKE bolts had such a big head with inscription and could be hit without drilling even in the toughest asphalt. This product line has been copied again and again, our quality bolts but still unsurpassed well.
As a supplier of Marking we operate as a single in Europe own nail manufacturing to quality and delivery always in the "handle" to keep. This path is indeed expensive, but you get in none of our competitors such good quality and comparable short delivery times for custom.
Starting material is a "coil" of about 500 kg of high-tensile steel wire. On our double pressure cold-pressing the wire is cut and formed in two stages to nail blank. After degreasing and deburring of the blank forms one after automatic lathe fully automatically from the top.
In the hardening of the now far too soft bolt is heated to about 900 ˚ C and then quenched in oil. He is now hard, but still relatively brittle. Only through the "start", a repeated heating to about 250 ˚ C at very slow cooling to reach the bolts optimal hardness while toughness.
After further testing and documentation of the hardness result, the parts can now be released for galvanizing.
A final quality control is performed after galvanizing - shortly before packaging. When packing each bag is provided with a coded label which allows the traceability of the finished part until the wire coil.
In addition to Rockwell hardness testing several nails through each batch also an impact-bending test. Quality materials and solid know-how provide unique good quality at reasonable prices.
