Installation requires a thin-walled 24 mm socket wrench, the special 46-TLU-SS socket wrench, an 8 mm hex key with a ball head, and a special 5/8" mounting screw (46-TL-58).
Since 03/2026, the special screw (5/8" x 25 mm) with a countersink (Ø 12.4 x 13 mm) has been included in the scope of delivery for the 14-TK...-M and the mobile measuring pillars; it is specifically designed for tripod mounting from above. For installation, the 5/8" hex screw is inserted through the tripod from above and then securely fastened to the instrument mounting plate using a SW 24 socket wrench.
