To speed up the reaction time of 13-AC10, the surface to be bonded can be moistened in advance, which makes the polyurethane adhesive react much faster. In addition, the adhesive swells slightly during curing, which means it can also be used with lattice bricks.
The high initial strength of these adhesives is unique, making the usual temporary fixing of the component to be installed superfluous in many cases. The adhesive layer applied hardens through to final strength at a rate of around 3 mm/24h.
Many customers report that very good processing is possible with 13-FAT even at temperatures around 0° C. The curing time is also very fast as usual at low temperatures.
It is supplied in a standard squeeze-out cartridge that can be used with any standard cartridge syringe (e.g. 106-AP2).
